The Champion Consultancy Terms of Use describe when and the conditions under which a User is allowed to access or use the Site. Please read these Site Terms of Use carefully before visiting our Site. Champion Consultancy is a platform that allows Users who are seeking to discuss, communicate and ultimately hire a licensed Consultant team for marketing assistance to come together and connect on this platform. Champion Consultancy provides collaboration between its Users and the Consultant attorneys through management tools; document management and storage and secure payments and invoicing tools.
Please Read And Make Sure You Fully Understand Our Refund Policy Prior To Making A Payment. By Remitting Payment You Agree To The Following. Clients should understand that all items purchased are service-based and are the creative representation of the client.
DISCLAIMER
We are marketing consultants. We offer website design services, lead generation, SEO, marketing operations and much more. If you need assistance with marketing & sales, you will need to hire an our team for marketing tools and management. Price does not include the website builder subscription. We can use any website builder. Ex) Wix, Squarespace, Weebly, Shopify, Big Cartel, WordPress, Bluehost, Web.com etc. Photo editing of pictures you send over is not included in the price of website build or design project. Please contact us if you need help finding someone who can edit your photos. Back end DNS updates are not included in the price of the website build. Though we can certainly assist with your back end DNS settings. We are not network engineers, we are designers and we are not liable for backend DNS/server issues for your website. After your website build has been completed, we do not update your website in any way without payment for future services. If you are interested in website maintenance please contact us and we will send you a customized quote. If you need to embed videos in your website you may need to upload them to YouTube and/or Video. We can certainly do this but additional fees may incur. We are not responsible for any damages that you incur to your website.
All sales are final and no refunds are permitted on services or products. No refund shall be granted on products or services not used, as unused services will be held until the client is ready to continue receiving service. All projects and coaching services are considered completed within six months of purchase date. By remitting payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.
Client agrees to pay Champion Consultancy the reasonable costs of enforcement for collection if it is necessary for Champion Consultancy to retain an attorney and/or institute legal proceedings. The laws of the state of Texas shall prevail in the enforcement of this contract.
GUARANTEE
This website is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Champion Consultancy makes no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials provided on this website.
While clients of Champion Consultancy have an exceptional record of securing a job within zero to three months, Champion Consultancy does not guarantee interviews or job offers from resume packages. Client should use all means necessary in securing employment (job search, referrals, networking, LinkedIn, business meetings, etc.). If a client needs further assistance with this, please contact Champion Consultancy representative to help you with your job search process. Champion Consultancy does offer a Satisfaction Guarantee. If a client is unhappy with a service, let your writer, designer or client care coordinator know and you will be contacted to discuss the next steps. Our business is 85% referral-based and we want our clients to be happy.
LIABILITY
Champion Consultancy will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website:

Champion Consultancy operates as a business and we expect CLIENTS to understand and respect our policies. Our goal as an internet marketing company is to bring the highest value per dollar spent by our CLIENTS, and in order to help us in that pursuit, we need to cover expenses and fuel our operations. Therefore, we require payments to be made on-time in respect to the services offered to CLIENT.
THIS IS OUR REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY AND BY HIRING Champion Consultancy FOR SERVICES YOU ARE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT AND YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY OUR POLICIES.
ABOUT CANCELLATIONS:
You may cancel SEO, web design services, web video or hourly services, within 3 days of your signed contract (written or verbal) as long as we have not begun your project. After 3 days we consider your project has begun.
We don’t pro-rate our services. Credit cards are now required on all SEO sales, web design sales, etc., unless the full contract amount is paid in advance. The full contract amount can be paid with a check or credit card.
You may request to cancel electronic purchases (such as SEO tools or website tools) and other select services such as video production, and we will determine if the order can be canceled or not.
Web Development
Web design and development projects require extensive resources, consumes our time and incurs internal expenses. Therefore once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project gets cancelled, delayed or postponed by the CLIENT, then all monies paid will be retained by Champion Consultancy and if applicable, an additional cost will be charged to the CLIENT for all work completed beyond what was already paid for. No exceptions.
Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, & Internet Marketing
Payments for Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing or any of our Internet Marketing services are non-refundable even if a fee was paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, there are no exceptions to our refund policy.
Setup Fees:
Setup fees are applied directly to expenses incurred by Champion Consultancy in the setup phase of any SEO or Internet Marketing campaigns and are non-refundable.
Chargebacks:
We normally ask for CLIENT credit card or payment info so that we can charge the CLIENTS card for services provided OR we may also send an invoice so that you can pay from your end. Claiming that you didn’t provide your card info or that you are not aware of such charges is illegal and fraudulent.
If any chargeback or payment dispute is caused by CLIENT to a bank or credit card company, then CLIENT services and/or projects will be suspended and in some cases all work will be undone (reversed) without notice. Furthermore, the amount of the chargeback fee will be issued to CLIENT (to recover any fees passed on to us by the credit card company).
In Addition, any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) will have to be paid in full before we restore service, deliver any files, or commence any work.

Requesting a chargeback or opening a dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud. Chargebacks are never a legal or appropriate means of obtaining a refund. All disputes will be challenged by our lawyers with sufficient evidence from our records.
Once we start creative service or time on your project, website design, SEO, content writing, etc., we don’t issue refunds no matter the reason. Payments must be made on time; otherwise all services will stop until all invoices are paid and up to date.
Search Engine Optimization, Internet Marketing and Social Media Optimization Payments for Search Engine Optimization, Internet Marketing and Social Media Optimization services are nonrefundable, and Champion Consultancy does not issue pro-rated refunds for fees paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. All Setup fees are nonrefundable as it is applied to costs immediately incurred by Champion Consultancy in initiating services. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Champion Consultancy and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
Charge Backs
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $50 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, please contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund.
